Once you have submitted your application, you will first receive a short automatic message confirming that your application has been received. We will then get back to you by email as soon as possible with more information.
Order of registration based on date and time of registration. First come, first served from the day the course program is published on isolastudios.com and tinnert.se. We do not accept pre-registrations.
If you receive notification from us that you have been offered a place on the course, you confirm your registration by paying your registration fee. Payment details and all other information you need to complete the payment will be included in the confirmation email you receive from us.
Vid utebliven betalning av anmälningsavgiften erbjuds platsen till annan deltagare. Anmälningsavgiften återbetalas i regel inte. Undantaget är vid inställd kurs.
The remaining course fee is payable approximately one month before the start of the course. Payment information will be sent by email in the form of a welcome letter. The welcome letter also contains all other information you need for the course, such as a list of materials, schedule, etc.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@isolastudios.com.
Free cancellation up to one month before the course starts. After that, 50% of the remaining course fee will be charged for cancellations without a doctor's certificate. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Our courses are in high demand. We therefore require that you notify us immediately if you intend to withdraw from your place. Even if you have been placed on a reserve list and wish to withdraw from it, you must contact us and notify us in writing by email.
If Isola Studios has to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances, all fees paid for the course will be refunded. If this happens, all registered course participants will be contacted by email and given clear information about what will happen.
Processing of personal data
To book a place on Isola Studios courses, your personal data in the form of your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address will be processed by Isola Studios. The data is currently stored for an indefinite period. Your personal data is only processed by Isola Studios employees and is never disclosed to third parties. As a participant in Isola Studios' painting courses, your email address is also saved in our mailing list for sending out next year's course program and any general information about our courses. Your email address will only be saved for as long as you want. You can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@isolastudios.com. We will then delete your email address from the mailing list.
